Classic Beef Suya
35 MIN · SERVES 4
Thin-sliced sirloin, oil, and a heavy coat of CK Suya Spice. Skewer, grill hot on both sides, then dust again and serve with raw onion and tomato.

Suya Grilled Whole Fish
40 MIN · SERVES 2
Score a whole tilapia or branzino, rub the spice into the cuts with lime and oil, and grill until the skin crackles. Finish with fresh lime.

Suya Fries
20 MIN · SERVES 3
Fry or air-fry until deep golden, then toss straight from the heat with suya spice and a pinch of salt so it sticks while the oil is still hot.

Suya Peanut Dipping Sauce
10 MIN · MAKES 1 CUP
Whisk suya spice into peanut butter, warm water, lime juice and a little honey. Perfect with skewers, roasted vegetables, or grilled chicken.
Kitchen Notes
Suya spice contains ground peanuts, so it toasts fast. Add it early for depth, and again off the heat for aroma. If you want more heat without more salt, layer in fresh chili rather than doubling the blend.
